Rice with Spice
/Ingredients:
3 cups of rice
1/2 purple onion
3 red peppers
3 orange peppers
3 yellow peppers
Salt and pepper
Cajun Style All-Purpose Seasoning
5 tbs. Soy Sauce
Cooking oil
Cooking Instructions:
1. Pour 1/2 tsp. salt into 3 cups of water
2. Pour 3 cups of rice into water; cover and boil until done
3. Rinse film off rice with hot water once rice is done
4. Pour 2 tsp. of oil around the edge of rice (This will keep rice from sticking to the pot.)
5. Set rice to the side
6. Dice up purple onion, red, yellow, and orange peppers
7. Fry diced veggies with cooking oil
8. Add in salt, pepper and Cajun Style All-Purpose seasoning to the frying veggies until soft.
9. Add in 5 tbs. soy sauce
10. Once veggies are soft, pour into cooked rice and stir veggies into the rice until blended throughout the rice.
