A Mother's Love

A mother’s love for her child is described as unconditional.

I knew she was God sent the moment they cut the umbilical

She naked herself so I would be clothed

And her welcoming shadow followed me everywhere so id never be alone

She would remove the bones out of her body so i could stand tall

And sometimes she would go days without eating at all You did everything for me without asking for a reward

And for a mother like that i give all glory to the lord

But before we get swept away in a world of fairytales and myths we should pause realizing that mother's day for all isn't a day of joy and bliss

For some people the thought of mothers day causes them to mourn for this day is a day of pain and suffering leaving them completely torn

And what about the pain endured by those who cannot have a baby leaving them to believe that gods love is at best a maybe

For those who long for the treasure of a new birth may i speak life into your heart it is your heart not your womb that is the meausre of your true worth

For all the moms who gained there status not in a hospital but in a court of law we thank god that through adoption you claimed the motherhood call

And for those whos mothers who have gone to be with the lord we pray you carry on and your heart be restored

John Chapter 1 Verse 4 says “ I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in truth ‘’

And I know I did my job by following Christ but also walking beside you.
