For Christ, I Live

When you accept Christ into your life, you start to turn your back on sin, not because you are so good but because you have made up in your mind for Christ I live and for Christ I die. You have decided that because He died and rose on the 3rd day for you, you would live each day with the real purpose you were created for and that is to worship Him in spirit and in truth. You have decided to submit your will for His Will for your life. Now, you choosing Christ will not sustain you without developing a prayer life. Prayer is the key to many things and through prayer is the way you will live your life. I’ve talked about the importance of prayer in our daily walk with Christ last week, but I will stress that prayer is our communication with Christ and prayer will keep your mind focused. Prayer will close deadly doors and open prosperous doors for you. Prayer will guide you in the right direction and keep you from going in the wrong direction. Prayer works if and only if you make it a part of your daily life. The scripture today says when you turn your back on sin, you have decided to open your heart to Christ and let Him dwell in you. I will end by saying , if you decide to choose Christ, it will be the best decision you could ever make in your life.
