The Book of Knowledge

Why do you read the word of God? I read the word of God for His wisdom and knowledge. His word says in Proverbs 2:6-8 “For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding. He holds success in store for the upright, he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless, for he guards the course of the just and protects the way of his faithful ones.“ When you read God’s Word, you will receive unmeasurable blessings. It might not be physical blessings, but the blessing will be knowing and understanding what God is saying to you to strengthen your walk with Him. Being in His presence is a blessing. The scripture states that He will guard and protect those who are faithful to His word. When you are in His word, you will learn how to fight off the firery darts of the enemy. You will learn how to use His words in your prayers. When you pray from the word of God, things change and the impossible becomes possible. Didn’t He do it for Paul and Silas. Well, He surly will do it for you! The word of God is unchangeable, it is unmovable, it is the same yesterday, today, and forevermore, it will renew the hearts of men and make a person who is broken inside whole again. There is nothing like the Word of God. I know it can be difficult to read with your human eyes, but when you ask the Holy Spirit to reveal what God is saying on the pages of His Holy book, the Holy Spirit will open your eyes and the words on the page will become understandable. There is nothing like the Word of God when you can truly digest it and make it practical in your life. The word today says “I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.” When you truly seek God’s word for yourself, your life will never be the same. The more you read it, the more His words become understandable. Take time each day to pray and read God’s Word. It will transform your life and thinking. I’m a living witness.
Be blessed!

Psalm 119:11

“Your word I have hidden in my heart,

That I might not sin against You.”
