Your Life Is In His Hands

Psalms 91:2

“I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.”

All my hope, trust, dreams, and aspirations are in the Lord. In other words, my life is in His hands. I have learned over the years that I can’t move without His consent. When I have tried, I have failed every time. When I have tried, I have wasted time that I can’t get back. He is truly my rock in this weary land I live in. He is my fortress that I can hide behind when trouble comes looking for me. I don’t know how many times, too many to count where my God has shielded me from danger. All I can say is thank you Lord for being my fortress and surrounding me from danger seen and unseen. When I was sinking deep in pride, sexual immorality, lies, deception, my God reached down and grabbed me from destroying everything He had put in me from the day I was born. I am so grateful that He saw fit to shield me from my own destruction. Yes, this is why I have decided to follow Jesus, no turning back, no turning back. I know my life would be totally destroyed if He had not saved me. He is my all in all and I trust Him only with my life. There is nothing anymore that can separate me from the love of God, not death nor life, neither demons nor angels, neither my fears of today nor my worries about tomorrow, not even the powers of hell can separate me from the love of God. He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; He is my God, and I trust Him. His will for my life is my will, where He leads me, I will follow. I can say, I will trust in the Lord until I die. Can you say the same?
