Joy is Coming

Revelation 21:4

“And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.””

There is someone out there that is hurting. You are hurting because you feel like you are all alone. You feel as if the more you try, the further behind you become. You are tired of this sickness in your body. You feel hopeless as it pertains to your wayward children. Sometimes life is hard, but regardless of how hard it seems, I’m here to tell you that your joy is on its way. The tears that fall today will soon be wiped away and there will be no death or sorrow or pain anymore. You want to know how to receive this joy? You must hold on to God and don’t allow the enemy to make you to let go. The word of God in Genesis 32:22-31 talks about how Jacob wrestled with God until He blessed him. He didn’t let go, no matter when he was asked to let go, he didn’t. Even when his body was deformed, he didn’t, and because of his faith and persistence, he was blessed and was given the name Israel because he wrestled with God and prevailed. He was blessed and left with a limp that day as a reminder of the pain He endured because of his faithfulness. So know that sometimes the pain and scares you receive will not be in vain if you hold on to God’s unchanging hands. Your joy will surly come because God can not lie and there are promises He has made to us who have been called according to His purpose. Promises like the Lord will fight for you; you only be still. Exodus 14:14. Promises like He gives strength to weary and increases the power of the weak. Isaiah 40:29; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:31;  if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14; if any lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. James 1:5;

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

I could go on and on, but you can google “PROMISES OF GOD” for yourself and meditate on these promises from God as you go through this difficult time in your life.  So if you want your tears to go away, just keep the faith and pray on God’s promises to you.

Be blessed!
