Don’t Worry About Tomorrow
/It’s not good to worry if you call yourself a child of God. What should we do when life throws us a curveball? We should simply go to God in prayer. The word of God says, “Cast all your cares on Him for He cares for you.” Our God loves us and doesn’t want us to suffer. He doesn’t want us to be afraid. He doesn’t want us to be troubled by anything. That’s why when Matthew wrote this passage of scripture, he wanted us to know that we should not worry about tomorrow because it has its own troubles. I know this can be difficult because satan can put blinders on to block out our connection to Christ. We cannot keep giving satan the upper hand in our lives. We must learn to fight through the cloud of smoke that is there to confuse us and get on our knees and pray for God to take full control over our situation. We need to cry out and say,”Lord I’m leaving this situation in your capable hands and I need your strength to keep my hands off the problem so you can work through me to resolve it.” When we give our problems to the Lord in prayer, He will handle it perfectly well. So whatever you are worried about today, turn it over to Jesus so He can work it out and you can get back to Kingdom building. Our minds should be on how to spread the Gospel, not worried about the troubles of tomorrow.
Be blessed!
