God’s Reward

Jeremiah 17:10

“I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, According to the fruit of his doings.”

When you serve the Lord and offer your talents to Him, if you look for man to say thank you or give you a pat on the back, then you can become discouraged and unmotivated to serve anymore.  But if you are truly sincere about your service unto the Lord,  then His reward for you will be better than you could ever imagine. There is a scripture that says "

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters," Colossians 3:23

Why did Paul write this,  because he knew God's rewards are so much better than man's rewards.
