You Are Blessed!
/In the midst of everything going on around you, let me remind you that you are blessed! When you said yes to Christ, He said yes to you. Jeremiah 17:7-8 says, “Blessed is the one who trust in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him.” Do you trust Him today? Then you are blessed. Is He meeting your needs as stated in Philippians 4:19? Then you are blessed. He also said in Jeremiah 29:11, that He knows the plans He has for you and that is to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you HOPE AND A FUTURE. Since He gave you this promise, then you are blessed. Are you worshiping Him with your whole heart? If you are then you are blessed because it says in Exodus 23:25, “Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you.” He said it people of God, and He is a God that cannot lie. He also said blessed are the ones who take refuge in Him. Are you taking refuge in Him today? Then you are blessed. Do you fear the Lord today because His Word says in Psalms 31:19, “ How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you, that you bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in you.”
Are you convinced now that you are blessed?
His word also says, “If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on earth.” Deuteronomy 28:1 If you are obeying His word He left for us to follow then you are BLESSED! If you hunger and thirst for His righteousness, you will be filled says the Lord. This is a blessing. Yes children of God you are blessed today. I leave you with one more scripture this morning that says you are blessed. Psalms 119:2 says, “ Blessed are those who keep his statutes and seek him with all their heart.” If He has your heart, you are blessed.
Matthew 5:8
“Blessed are the pure in heart,
For they shall see God.”
Please believe me this morning when I say you are blessed. You are covered by the precious blood of our Lord and Savior. That is a blessing all by itself. I’ll leave you with these words from Numbers 6:24-26, “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” As you enter your quiet time today, stop and thank God for His many blessings upon your life and the life of your family.
YOU ARE BLESSED!
