Be Like Christ

Psalm 19:14

“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart

Be acceptable in Your sight,

O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.”

My daily prayer, is whatever I do and say be  acceptable in the Master’s sight. I want to live holy and righteous because He is Holy and Righteous. I want my character to duplicate His character.  What the Savior loves, I want to love and what He hates, I want to hate. I want to please Him with every ounce of my being. Where He leads , I will follow. I don’t want to be caught with the work He has given me undone. I want to be who He wants me to be. 

Can you say that you want to be like Christ? If so, then look inside of you and tell me what you see. Do you see the image of Christ in you? Do people see humility in you or boastfulness? Do they see the heart of God or the heart of satan? Have they seen the works of His hand who created you touching the lives of people in a practical way? What do people see, when the see you? Do they see a gossiper or a prayer warrior? Do they see a liar or a person with integrity? Truly, what do people see when they see you. If you want the words you speak and what you do to be acceptable unto the Lord, then you must build your relationship with Him through His Word. You must develop a prayer life so you can communicate with Him and Him with you. You must surrender your all to Him. You must hide His Word in your heart, so you will not sin against God.
