No Turning Back

Hebrews 10:35

“Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.”

You have come too far to turn around now. Many of us go through the ups and downs of life and sometimes while on that journey we start letting go of the Master’s hands. I’m here to tell you that the race of life is not given to the swift nor the strong but to the one who endures to the end. (Ecclesiastes 9:11) So I’m here to tell you, don’t stop running your race because life is hard and complicated. If you have given your life to Christ, then know that He is there with you. You ask, “How do I know?” I know because the word of God says, “Don’t fear, because I am with you; don't be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will surely help you; I will hold you with my righteous strong hand.” (Isaiah 41:10) The word of God also says,”I will never leave you nor forsake you,” and He is a God that cannot lie. So you can take His word to the bank. He is always with us who have made Jesus our choice. So once again, you have come too far to turn around now. As you walk through this storm of life, even though you might not feel or see Him, He is there with you, carrying you to the finish line if you faint not. I will leave you with the way I persevere through difficult times: 1. I PRAY, my conversation with the Lord becomes intense, because I know He will see me through, but the enemy is trying to distract me, so I increase my prayer life to block out the noise. Now if you don’t have a real relationship with the Father, prayer will not really work for you. So let me admonish you today to give your life to Christ. Admit that you have sinned against the Father. Believe in your heart that He died and rose from the dead with all power in His hands for you. Confess Christ publicly. Do this now if you haven’t already. 2. I PERSIST through, no matter what it looks like, I know and trust God is with me. I don’t stop! 3. I PRAISE through my circumstance. The word of God says that He inhabits the praise of His people. I praise myself right through the storm with continuous worship unto Him for what He has done for me in the past and what He is doing for me now and for what He will do in my future. I keep smiling because this joy I have the world didn’t give it to me and will not take it away. 4. I have PATIENCE. This one can be difficult but you must be patient. You must be still and know that He is God. You must know He does not come when you want Him but He is always on time. You must NOT let the enemy talk you into taking matters in your own hand. No! You must cast your cares on Him for He care’s for you. Once you take it to Him in prayer, then leave it with Him to take care of it. I am a living witness that God will take care of you, no matter what the enemy tries to tell you. So people of God this is what I do and now I’ve given it to you, so you can run your race with patience and confidence knowing you will receive your great reward someday.

Be blessed!
