Mark 11:24

“Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”

‭‭

There is power in prayer! When you take your desires, problems to the Lord in prayer, things change on your behalf. Your impossible situation just became possible. Prayer can make your wrong, right. Prayer can move mountains. Prayer can bring that son or daughter back home. Prayer can bring your spouse back. Prayer can heal your body. The word today says, “Whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it. The ability to believe means you have faith. What is faith? Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. When you say I have faith, you are saying Lord even though I can’t see my healing, I know I’m healed. Lord even though I can’t see my deliverance, I know that I am delivered. Lord even though I can’t feel you, I know you are with me, protecting and covering me with your precious blood. Lord I know you are with me in this valley and with your rod and staff you are comforting me. I know you are anointing my head with oil and my cup will run over. I know your grace and mercy is following me everywhere I go. This is why I’m dwelling in your word. This is why I can’t turn back. This is why my cross I’ll carry till I see you face to face. This is why I’m sold out for you because I know you care for me. Yes, the Lord cares for you and He is always near. He is walking with you through your situation or He is literally carrying you through that situation. So don’t allow the enemy to shut you down and cause you to loose your hope and joy in Christ Jesus. When He says cast ALL your cares on me, that’s exactly what He means. There is nothing too big or small for Him to handle. You just pray about it in His will and watch Him work on your behalf. Remember also that when you pray, it must be in His will for your life. Many times those things we pray for never come. The reason it never comes is because it was not in the will of God for your life. So always pray that His will be done. Then remain in continuous prayer because the Word of God says, “Pray without ceasing.” So never stop petitioning your wants and needs to the Lord. He is our great defender and our hope for tomorrow. He is our joy in sorrow. He is our refuge. He is our present help in the midst of our troubles. You can call on God anytime and anywhere. He is never too busy. So don’t be afraid , He has not given us a spirit of fear; but of power and love, and of a sound mind. So use what He has given you and be prayerful.
