Here I Am, Send Me!

Isaiah 6:8

“And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?" Then I said, "Here I am! Send me."”

This scripture resonates with me because I’ve heard the voice of God calling me to do more for His Kingdom. As everyone probably knows, I am a singer and I love to sing. It doesn’t have to be on a stage, it can be anywhere and I will breakout singing songs of Zion. This is one part of my life, but I heard Him say more, so I created a forum for the women at my church and the surrounding area who would like to interact with God’s word each morning. Then I heard Him again say more, so I created a Facebook page that allows me to share the love of God to many different people from all walks of life. Still He said more, so I’ve created my own website, kimeministries.com, that not only provides a platform for me to share God’s word but also gives a platform for people to be blessed by other women who love to expound on the word of God and allows me to share our church ministry under the teaching and preaching of Pastor George Effiom of the United Christian Fellowship of Arlington.  Still God says more, so now by His grace my ministry is presenting a women’s conference called My Father’s Heart Women’s Conference. I’m excited to say that this conference is featuring several powerful women of God who love Jesus and love to empower women to be more like Christ everyday. I don’t know what else God wants me to do but wherever He wants me to go, I will go and whatever He wants me to do, I will do. My prayer is that I will not disappoint God and I will be available for Him at all times. Can you say that you are available for whatever God wants you to do or are you making excuses why you can’t do what He has asked you to do for His Kingdom?
