Be Bold For The Lord!

Deuteronomy 31:6

“Be determined and confident. Do not be afraid of them. Your God, the Lord himself, will be with you. He will not fail you or abandon you.””

We serve a great God, who knows all, sees all and hears all. He is our Redeemer who has taken us from a life of sin and has given us another chance. He is our Leader who leads us into the path of righteousness for His namesake. Even though you may walk through the shadow of death, you should not fear because He is with you all the way. When He says He will NEVER leave nor forsake you , that means He is there before, during and after the storm. He is there in the good and bad times. He is always near, so you should never fear. As we know or should know that fear and faith cannot dwell in the same place. Either you are going to trust Him for who He has proven Himself to be or you are going to let the enemy put doubt in your mind and make you be a coward that hides in a hole instead of taking a stand to be bold for the Lord. Our God who is higher, greater and mightier than anyone or anything you could ever fathom wants you to be a vessel He can mold, shape and use for His glory. If you are going to be bold, strong, courageous and firm, you must let go of the past. The scripture says, “ Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” You must let go of those things that so easily besets you. You must put fear down and pick up faith that can withstand the test of time. Faith that can move mountains. Faith that knows God can make what looks impossible, possible. Faith that does not walk by sight. Faith that does not rest in the wisdom of man but in the power of God. Faith that can see the writing on the wall and knows that it is time to act and not be passive. Faith that knows regardless what this world thinks, believes in the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. God is looking for people of faith that does not fear the unknown but pushes forward because they know without a shadow of doubt that the Lord their God is there with them all the way until He is ready to call them unto Him. This world has plenty of coward soldiers but our God is looking for those strong, courageous and firm soldiers that say for God I live and for God I die. That is me today, how about you?
