Be Transformed

Philippians 2:5

“Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,”

When you decided to turn your life over to Christ, was the same day you gave up your will for Christ’s Will. Now what does that mean? It means that you should love what He loves and hate what He hates. It means the old you has passed away and the new you has decided to be one of Jesus disciples. It means each day you are striving to be  more like Christ. It means you are a sinner saved by grace. It means to be more like Christ, you have decided to hide His Word in your heart. It means you have decided to carry your own cross until He comes back for His church. It means His ways are not your ways and His thoughts are not your thoughts, but you have decided to trust the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding but in all your ways acknowledge Him, so He can direct your path. It means you have decided for you to live is Christ, and to die is gain. It means you know that ALL things work together for good, to those that love the Lord and are called according to His purpose. It means you know His Word is a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your path. It means you have decided that if God does not remove that cup of suffering from your life, yet you want His Will to be done in your life. It means you have decided to be steadfast, unmovable always abounding in the work of the Lord. It means you have surrendered to let God’s mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus. This is what you know when you decided to make Jesus your choice.
