Where Are The Real Worshipers?

“I will trust in the Lord! I will trust in the Lord! I will trust in the Lord until I die!”

This is an old familiar song we would sing in my church years ago. It goes on to say, l’m gonna stay on the battlefield for Lord until I die and I’m gonna treat everybody right for the Lord until I die.

When I think on the words of this old song, my mind wonders if when we sang this song did we really mean it or the tune captured our emotions? I say this because if we are going to trust the Lord and stay on the battlefield and treat everybody right until we die, then where are the true worshipers? Where are the true disciples of Christ? Many times it’s easy to throw up our hands under the pressure of our enemy, but I admonish you to trust Him with your whole heart and lean not to your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path. He is a God that cannot lie, so trust Him today!  

Jeremiah 17:7

““Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,

And whose hope is the Lord.”

Let’s run this race and continue to press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus!  This road is not easy, but when you stay with Him, the road becomes easier because He is in it. The Lord is looking for saints who will worship Him in spirit and in truth. He is looking for saints who will say for God I live and for God I will die. The Lord is looking for those that will say here I am Lord, send me.

Are you one of the few who will stand tall and proclaim that Jesus is alive forevermore and He cares for people who put their trust and hope in Him? Are you one of the ones who will resist satan’s tactics and pray fervently for God’s will to be done? Can He truly count on you to stand in the gap for your brothers and sisters who are going through and can’t see the light at the end of the road? Will you share a word of encouragement to them that God loves those who put all their trust in Him and remind them not to doubt that He is in full control because all things will work together on their behalf if they love the Lord and are called according to His purpose? Will you be the whistle blower that tells this world that we serve a great God who sits high, looks low and has our best interest in His hands? Are you the one that will share that those who trust the Lord will be blessed?
